Antique Vienna Wien Hand Painted Porcelain Under Plate or Saucer 19c

I believe this is authentic Vienna porcelain from the very early 19th century. Probably an under plate for a soup bowl or serving dish even.....a cup would have had to been massive. About 7" across and the rims sits about 1 1/2" in height. It has some flaking to the painted flowers, but is otherwise in very good condition considering I think this is about 200 years old. Im guessing violets? Heavy and rings like a bell. Deep blue underglaze mark...I see what looks like an impressed "87" or "07" (tough to tell) impressed at the edge.....and the ".87" that is painted as photographed. No visible physical damages to note....overall excellent without repairs, some rubbing to gilt but very good overall.
